No sé si dejarme crecer las alas
o limármelas
las tardes de domingo,
mientras la vida pasa
detrás del cristal.
Don't know if let my wings grow up
or file them instead,
sunday afternoons
while the life goes on
behind the glass

József Attila Lakótelep in Budapest (Magyarország)
It is an estate populated by the poor and underprivileged and those who have just got stuck. But it is a fine example of the kind of constructions that went up in the 1960s and 1970s in an attempt to ease the severe housing shortages. The endless panorama of concrete stumps was constructed from Soviet-designed prefabricated panels; similar developments can be found throughout the former Eastern bloc countries.
The estate is not spacial among this kind of development, but it is extensive and the effect of its forest of blocks is noticeably bleak.
Anyway, we enjoyed that kind of vision of blocks in the nature, not very usual in occidental countries, at least not in that wild form.

Offended
From the interesting book which i am reading 'The big questions, Plato not Prozac II', that kind of books of self-helping but with which sometimes you can extract some things really interesting:
Who are offended they make a big role in the fact of being offended...
Lou Marinoff
Erase your opinion and you'll delete the complaining "they have offended me". Erase the complaining "they have offended me" and the offense will dissapear.
